Return Policy
Store credit or exchange only.  The customer is responsible for initiating, arranging and paying for the exchange of a product. If after receiving the item, you wish to exchange, please contact info@boysofnewyork.com and open a claim stating your reason for the exchange . Please note that we cannot guarantee the exchange of a product due to limited stock availability.
Once we have responded to your claim, you must send the item back to us within 14 business days of the opened exchange case. If the product is returned in the perfect condition and original packaging it came in, within 14 business days of the opened case, we will honor the exchange. It must have no signs of having been used.
Please Note: We only process exchanges that were purchased through the online store. Garments acquired from department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store in which it was bought.
